Why we use it
We use this information to answer questions, arrange visits or projects, check availability, prevent abuse, keep reliable service records and, when separately enabled, process a booking or payment.
Retention
Xiaojin conversation records are retained for no more than 24 hours. Enquiry and booking records are retained for no more than 12 months unless a longer period is required to resolve an active booking, payment, dispute or legal obligation.
Service providers
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. MiniMax provides Xiaojin language processing, Google Calendar provides availability, and Resend delivers email. Payment providers are used only when a visitor actively chooses a payment method and that feature is enabled.
International processing and essential cookies
Some service providers may process information outside mainland China. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
